What does the service consist of?
The service allows businesses to be visible on the web, thanks to a specific portal, in which the description of the company and its contacts are present.
The portal provides a research functionality with many possible parameters according to the type of business. The research functionality will constantly be improved, so that the researcher and the provider of a specific service can easily get in touch.
Other functionalities, for example a “shop-window” of the products, a form for direct contact and many more, will be introduced as the number of registered companies grows.

What is a sponsor code?
Once your company is registered on the website, you will be given a sponsor code. The code will be active after the payment is confirmed. If another company registers on the website following your suggestion, it has to write the sponsor code for identifying the tie between you two.

How much does the service cost?
The annual cost of the service is 120.00 € + VAT (20%).

How many companies can I sponsor?
The maximum number of sponsored companies for each business is ten.

What if I find an eleventh company to sponsor?
The company will be registered anyway, but at a lower level, that is to say by using the sponsor code of one of the ten companies which were already registered. However, you, as the main company, will make profits out of it.

According to this mechanism, can I sponsor an unlimited number of companies?
No, you cannot. You can sponsor businesses for a maximum of three levels. That is to say, once you fills three levels below you (10x10x10 = 1000 businesses), the new business you want to sponsor will enter a fourth level. From the fourth level on, companies are not profitable for the main sponsor business, but only for those businesses which are in the two levels above.

What should I do to register my business?
You can register your business on the Companies page of our website. You will find:

• a search page based on the companies’ goods categories and other criteria;
• a control panel where you have to insert and register the identifying data and the contacts of your company, to choose your goods categories and to find information for the payment.

How can a registered company control its level of Network Marketing?
By asking us :-). At the moment there is no function showing the number of businesses for each sponsor company. Introducing this functionality is one of the next steps in the evolution of the project.

Is there a written agreement between my company and GiBiLogic?
By joining the service, you will accept the Terms of Use which establish the relation between GiBiLogic and you. So please read the Terms of Use page very carefully.

Which data will be visible on the portal?
All the data of the registered company. On the contrary, the data regarding the person who registered the company and who acts as the responsible person will not be visible. The data are collected for purposes relating to the service itself, they will not be used for advertising purposes nor will they be communicated to other subjects.

Is it possible to withdraw from the agreement?
Yes, it is possible to withdraw from the agreement at any time. Please call us or write us an e-mail. We will send you a confirmation once we get your request. Please note that the service will be active until the end of the month. You will be given the already paid months back. The service is automatically renewed (and therefore invoiced) every year, unless you clearly ask for the withdrawal from the registration.

Can I get an invoice confirming the purchase of the service?
Of course you can. The service was created for helping the companies, therefore each registration corresponds to an invoice, which will be sent to the responsible person of the company.

How can I be sure that my company benefits from the service?
We cannot guarantee the positive advertising benefits of PositiveLooP, as this is not possible for any form of advertisement or registration in a public list. What we do guarantee is our commitment to improve the portal at a European level with all the means at our disposal:
