Treatment of personal data

We inform you that, in order to achieve the aims of the contract we signed with you, our company possesses your data. These data are defined as “personal” by the Article 13 of the Italian Decree 196/2003.

This Decree states that those who treat personal data have to inform the interested subject (that is to say, you) with transparency, by protecting your privacy and rights.

This decree will be used as the Legislative reference as for privacy rules and treatment of personal data.
